    This modern home with large yard has a lakeside beach, right on the water. The interior of the home is very tastefully decorated with an artistic flair. The view of the water is excellent. Two bedrooms are down and 1 large bedroom is up with a ½ bath. Full bath on main level and also there is a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The privacy of the deck makes the perfect setting for that early morning cup of coffee. A paddle boat is available to paddle around for a relaxing quiet time to view of turtles, swans, and geese. A good size dock to fish from right out front comes in handy as well.
