    This is their new (oh, my gosh…this is gorgeous) home! The first lucky renter who happened to be here with his buddies golfing, said "I want to come back to that house again, and again, and bring up my wife and stay … I want to stay at that house a lot!" He most likely said that because one can really enjoy some (precious now-a-days) serenity. Ouderkirk is perfect for unwinding as well as playing. It's on East Canadian Lake which connects to the Main, West, and Far West Canadian lakes. There's a nice dock, with a picnic table at the waters edge to sit at while the kids play and fish. Large deck on the front of the house is equipped with ample deck furniture, and two gas grills. A swing for two is in the yard for romantic, awesome sunsets. There's a sunroom to enjoy "lake watching" come rain or shine. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor and two are upstairs. That's four bedrooms all together, not to mention the 2.5 baths. It's truly a quality year round home. But it has cottage atmosphere though thru nautical décor with plenty of delightful lighthouses, inside and out. And of course, just look out the window, there's the lake!
